La Vetta sur Strasbourg

We stumbled into this place slightly off the beaten path, and I'm so very glad that we did. The staff was great, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was adorable and cozy. If you're looking for some Italian food while you're here, you can't go wrong!

The La Vetta restaurant in Strasbourg is a great discovery! The dishes are delicious, prepared with care and authenticity, and the traditional Italian atmosphere is felt from the moment you enter. The owner, smiling and very welcoming, adds a real touch of warmth to the experience. An address not to be missed for lovers of Italian cuisine!

As occasional customers of this restaurant, we noticed a change of ownership on our last visit. Unchanged map. Our pizzas were pretty good and we didn't feel like there was a drop in quality. It seems that the previous owners transferred their skills at least in the kitchen. In terms of service, there is still room for improvement but the server was very attentive to us. He still seems to lack experience and comfort, but that seems normal for someone just starting out. We will return there on occasion without hesitation to see the evolution. Courage to the new team, it's never easy to take over a business!

Very good restaurant! Fast service, delicious dishes, multiple choices and very very pleasant and kind staff. They deserve more people so go for it!

Formerly this restaurant was run by an Italian family who made delicious, unusual dishes. Now this is absolutely no longer the case. I absolutely do not recommend.

We wanted a simple, authentic delicious meal. We got just that at a very nice restaurant at 16 Rue de Sanglier. In Strasbourg. The staff was excellent, the rigatoni was all demte’ and the aubergine and mozzarella in a great red sauce tasted so much like home….. ok, not in Italy but still very authentic anyway.

Having just arrived in Strasbourg as tourists, we arrived a little late (yesterday) and the waiter very kindly agreed to serve us even though his room was about to empty. The pizza and pasta were very good. We highly recommend!
