La vie en rose sur Le Brugeron

As I had seen in other reviews, this hotel was what we were looking for. tradition and authenticity. it was beyond our expectations. Chantal and Carl carry at arm's length an establishment like there aren't many left and which will belong to the past if we don't praise them. Chantal is considerate and very kind, Carl an outstanding cook who makes a point of doing everything himself, homemade is not overused. we will even remember a simple fried egg prepared by him. hurry up before they take a well-deserved retirement.

Small, rustic and atypical hotel, you feel very good there. We sleep very well there, it’s quiet and the bedding is comfortable. We dine there very well, excellent and hearty homemade dishes. We have a very good breakfast there too. The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and attentive, a change from the big chains! I recommend without hesitation this calm and relaxing hotel where you feel at home.

Of our entire week of hiking, this is the gem: welcome like at home, very clean rooms, beautiful homemade cuisine, even the desserts which is rare enough to be highlighted. Finally, breakfast which comes with endless defrosted pastries, jams in plastic trays and squares of packaged butter: here, homemade jams, homemade pancakes and squeezed orange juice! We recommend

A small but beautiful hotel in the middle of the picturesque landscape. Well suited for hikers and motorcyclists. The room is spacious and very clean, there are plenty of toiletries and towels. We had a beautiful mountain view. A little noisy, but otherwise great. The restaurant deserves a special award: exceptionally good cuisine. And service at its best, because friendliness and helpfulness don't have to be translated. Excellent!

A bubble of sweetness in this hotel la vie en rose, a warm and even family welcome, authenticity both on the premises and with the owner couple. The rooms are classic but very clean, the restaurant worthy of great chefs, I am vegetarian, they adapted a dish and it is delicious. Full breakfast with local and homemade products. The setting is relaxing and zen. A place not to be missed. Don’t hesitate to get lost there for a few days 😉 A big thank you to both of you for your kindness and professionalism.

Really a very pleasant stopover in this small, impeccably clean traditional hotel, in a little corner of Forez where the cackle of neighboring poultry and the few passing tractors allow us to feel the atmosphere of the quiet traditional countryside. The owners are truly pleasant people with whom it is very interesting to interact in a friendly atmosphere. Our hostess makes sure we don't miss anything, with natural kindness. As for his partner, he treats us to authentic cuisine with just the right amount of originality, in a good mood from morning coffee. What more ?!
