While passing through Barbezieux, we ate at this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ordered the porcini mushroom omelet, which was very generous and served with salad and potatoes. We will gladly return.

Good restaurant. Simple but appetizing cuisine. The cooking is accurate, but the dishes are rather bland. The service needs improvement (delays, forgotten dishes...). Furthermore, the portions are quite small, or perhaps not commensurate with the slightly high prices. The welcome is hesitant and awkward (a simple "hello" would be appreciated). Reservations are recommended.

Hello, we ate at this restaurant yesterday. It was very good 👍. Generous portions, the omelet was cooked perfectly, even though I had asked for it "runny" 😉. I really enjoyed it, we'll be back.

The staff were very friendly, we were delighted and served quickly, the daily menu was very good and generous (raw vegetable salad with mozzarella, rabbit and sautéed potatoes, baba au cognac or crème brûlée), the terrace was pleasant despite the intense heat, we will return.
