La Vieille Auberge sur Le Mayet-De-Montagne

A small inn perched in the charming little village of Mayet-de-Montagne. A must-see for its setting, its cuisine, and the friendliness of the staff and management. The interior is very typical, in the style of an old inn, as the establishment's name suggests, and out back, for sunny days, there's a garden furnished with lovely little tables, perfect for relaxing as a couple or with family. Don't hesitate. Reservations are highly recommended!

We had a very enjoyable evening at the old inn with a sizable group of 17 people. The beautifully presented dishes blended tradition and modernity, and I particularly recommend the various desserts. The welcome was perfect, with attentive service and a smile throughout. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, romantic place, lovely antique collections and good food

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. The welcome, the menu, and the atmosphere were all perfect for a pleasant and delicious experience. Thank you to them for the cake, which was as beautiful as it was tasty, and the bouquet of lilacs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter brunch at La Vieille Auberge. We were lucky that the weather was already beautiful and we were able to sit on the terrace. Despite the Easter crowds, the very friendly and professional staff served us promptly, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. A tip for foreign tourists: they don't accept credit cards. Bring cash.
