Before visiting the copperworks, we had the pleasure of enjoying a "Frogs" menu, which we ordered when booking, following Arnaud's suggestion. The welcome was very warm, the food delicious, and the chicken liver salad was particularly well done.
Congratulations to the chef!
We will gladly return when we visit the Cerdon caves.
