The setting, welcome, kindness, and cuisine are all there. Everything is good, even very good, no-nonsense, and locally sourced. Living in the Paris region, it's a change from the pseudo-restaurants with flavorless, sterile cuisine. Too bad I don't live in the Gers region. In short, a place you can go without hesitation. Very generous cuisine, with some of the vegetables being surprisingly rich. Bravo to the team and the cooks.
