La Vieille Etable sur Saint-Medard

This is my third time eating at La Vieille Étable, and it's always just as good. The quality of the food is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly. If you're in the area and want to eat local, stop by La Vieille Étable. As someone originally from Gers, I guarantee you'll find all the flavors of the region. Remember to book in advance. Don't change a thing; the quality will keep you coming back.

Excellent staff. A great place to eat local food. Recommendation: the Dartagnan menu. It's best to book in advance as it fills up quickly. If you'd like dishes that require preparation, you should let them know a few days beforehand.

A wonderful discovery! We made sure to book but couldn't get our preferred Friday evening table, so we went for lunch instead. Absolutely delicious. We chose the "Gourmet Menu" for €34. Five splendid courses, including the local garlic and egg soup... a truly delightful surprise, foie gras, and duck breast cooked over a real fire... magnificent. The local cocktail, Pousse Rapiere, is definitely worth trying, the wines are reasonably priced, and we finished with a lovely Armagnac. A true taste of Gers... highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant with very friendly and pleasant service in a beautiful setting. The portions were also very well balanced; we were able to eat until the very end, and yet both the quantity and quality were excellent. I recommend it without hesitation.

Thursday, July 30th meal! The setting was magnificent, the welcome exceptional, and the meal exquisite. The owner and staff were fantastic. Thank you for this wonderful evening with friends. And for celebrating an event, the space is perfect, with its unique outdoor tent and large parking area for guests... Absolutely perfect... it's the ideal place! A fantastic time.
