As a regular customer for many years, I left today truly disappointed by the restaurant's decline. The portions were smaller, the presentation less refined, and the service rushed. In just one hour (and outside of peak tourist season!), everything was over: starter, main course, dessert. It's no longer the warm and welcoming gastronomic experience I once knew, the place where you could take your time with a team that also took their time. What a shame... I won't be returning and will now leave this address to visitors passing through.

I had a wonderful time; the setting, the service, and of course the food were all perfect. I tried sweetbreads for the first time, and they were simply delicious. The sauce, the vegetables, and the accompanying gratin dauphinois were also very well prepared. The dessert was equally excellent.
In short, a restaurant I would recommend without hesitation.

The charm of this restaurant alone is worth the trip. We ordered two gourmet menus; the presentation was exquisite, the portions generous, and the flavors delicious. Truly a place to discover. We have big appetites. ^^ I highly recommend it.
Having moved to the region in 2012, I hadn't yet had the chance to try their cuisine. It was highly recommended to me by many friends.

Wonderful restaurant. We had a very good meal (set menu: starter/main/dessert). The perch fillets were just the way we like them (small and delicate). The staff were very kind and courteous.

We've been regulars at this restaurant for years, and its original excellence remains undiminished. From the warm welcome and efficient service to the intimate stone dining room (perfect for cooler weather) and the magnificent terrace with its panoramic views of the lake and city walls, everything makes us want to return. The cuisine is exquisite, consistently showcasing delicious flavors and originality in every dish. In short, highly recommended... and we strongly advise booking well in advance, as we're clearly not the only ones who adore this place.
