Great care is always taken with this "all-truffle" menu, with special mention going to the potato cappuccino, the scallops, and the pigeon. The wines offered as accompaniments are also of great interest.
A truly excellent restaurant in Moselle. From the food to the service, everything was perfect.

There is a lot to say about the place:
First, when you enter the atmosphere is soothing, it does not use expensive in your face furnitures but well thought combinations of shapes and colours to create a great visual environment. You feel great being there
Second, the food is a fantastic experience, try any of the menus you won't be disappointed. The dishes are extremely well balanced in taste experiences and sizes. It means that you enjoy a dish for its taste, the combination of flavours and textures and when you are done with it you had enough...you got stimulated enough but not too much, you had enough of it and not too much. You are just happy and ready to wait for the next one.
Third, the service, it is friendly, warm and not stuck up, it contributes greatly to the experience.
Long review but it is because it was an experience that I highly recommend.
This place could easily have a Michelin star, I feel they don't have it as they want to keep the freedom of combining the environment, the food and the service the way they want to provide the experiences they aim for.
This is a place of passion, people that care share with you and it is worth every minute
