I drove past this place two years ago, and made a mental note to visit. Drove past it last weekend and fulfilled my wish. After many years in France, and many fish and chips meals, this is the BEST I've ever had here. Simple decor but with food like this, you don't need extravagant soundings. Estelle and Ben were really friendly and a joy to meet. My kids and I had fish and chips obviously and were not disappointed. The only place I have been to, offering both brown sauce AND malt vinegar as condiments! A true rarity. My partner (Normandy origins) was very happy with a burger topped with camembert. Finished the meal with a sticky toffee pudding, again a joy and rarity to have. If your British and want a true taste of home, stop by here. A very friendly restaurant with delicious fish and chips, just like in England! The fish fillet is a beautiful piece, perfectly cooked with a crispy coating. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. The owners are also lovely. If you're passing through Villerville or want to stop before arriving in Honfleur, don't hesitate! Remember to book ahead; the terrace is very pleasant.

A great place to eat excellent and hearty fish and chips. The owner is super friendly. They have children's menus, and the kids devoured their plates because it was so delicious. Dessert is a must!

Excellent! Fish and chips made with love and generosity. The tartar sauce was divine! A discreet waiter with a smile. We ate very well. The chef (and owner) gave us a very kind note before we left. In short, I loved it!

A discovery!!!! What a pleasure to step into this unique and incredible place. A helpful waitress with a charming British accent and a warm smile, a chef who emerges from his kitchen to check that everything is perfect... And everything is perfect... We chose the fish and chips... Absolutely delicious, a little gem. We loved it. Simple, generous, crispy, made to order, what a treat... The dessert was just as delicious, with a small date and chocolate cake with warm toffee... And a real Irish coffee... Amazing... The place is small and almost like an American diner... We loved this delightful moment with a nod to a common thread that brought our hosts from their native England and Ireland... Mickey 🥳😂🐭🐭🐭 Thank you for this lovely time spent at your place. 27/05/2026: Fantastic crepes and gallettes! This family brings so much joy to food. Their crepes are delicious, light and flavoursome. Highly recommend the lemon and brown sugar. Their gallettes were delicious and i recommend the Procencale! I was delighted they offer a take away service. Everything is beautifully presented and well packed (including salad). Visited their pizza restaurant couple days ago which is equally delicious. We took our crepes onto the beach for dinner to take in the views. Equally the village is beautiful with stunning architecture to enjoy if you eat in!

Le Bellevue

11/05/2026: We stayed here for 3 days in early May and slept in room 38. This is a spacious room with a balcony, fridge, and twin beds. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast is fine by French standards. Eggs, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, and cheese, but also sweet treats. Tea, coffee, and juices are available as desired. We were welcomed at the hotel by Shana. A great host who escorted us to the room and showed us other rooms for comparison. Shana asked us about our plans for the coming days and was eager to help make this expedition complete for us. He had printed out the sights for us several times and advised us on where to go. Down to the smallest details regarding parking tips, as well as price and distances. Additionally, Shana speaks perfect English, which was also very nice for us. We did not eat at the hotel in the evenings, mainly because there is plenty of choice in the surrounding towns. However, the hotel restaurant has a beautiful location with a view of the sea and an open terrace with an adjacent grassy meadow.
