Very friendly and welcoming. And inexpensive considering the surrounding area, around two euros more for a pint. Cocktails are 4 euros at any time of day or night. IPA 7.50, regular white and red wines 3.50, Ricard 3.00. It's worth checking out. Prices and service haven't changed.

17/07/2026: We discovered this little restaurant in the heart of Paris with beautiful dishes and the chicken manouche, which was excellent. Thank you to Kevin and Dann for serving us, and we will definitely return as soon as we are in Paris.
13/07/2026: We came to Topoly as a group of five for dinner and it was a very pleasant surprise. In a clean and charmingly decorated dining room, we enjoyed delicious and generous dishes (we especially loved the beef shawarma) at a reasonable price for the neighborhood. A major plus: There's something for every budget, with traditional platters or pitas filled with various meats. In short, I plan to go back soon for takeout to try the rest of the menu.
