The Michelin-starred restaurant served some of the most refined Provençal cuisine I’ve ever tasted, with ingredients that clearly celebrated the region’s terroir. Even in late December, the heated outdoor pool and serene spa made for a perfect winter escape. Truly a five-star sanctuary where discretion and beauty go hand in hand.
