We had the La Frégate menu, which was very good value for money. The welcome was very friendly, as was the setting.

I opted for the fish of the day with fries. The sea bream was delicious, and the fries were too. 😋 For dessert, the caramel cheesecake... The best I've ever eaten, a pure delight. 🤩 I ate on the terrace, just perfect with the setting sun. A plus: our server was super friendly, and the rest of the staff was very kind and courteous. I highly recommend it!

Never disappointed by this restaurant. Friendly welcome, efficient service. The dishes served are excellent and very well presented. Note that the prices offered are very affordable and in no way detract from the quality of the products. A very good address where we return with pleasure every summer.

Not very keen on this place at first...busy street and I thought it was a tourist trap but the menu made us want to go. A friendly setting, a welcome and fast and friendly service, cuisine with fresh products, a reasonable price...if you pass by the area, don't hesitate...you won't be disappointed...😁

26/08/2024: Facing the port of Minimes, this restaurant with its shaded terrace ticks all the boxes 😃 Two formulas to offer even on weekends, a slate which offers new homemade dishes every day. The oysters from the Ile de Ré are a marvel and the freshness of the cooked products is top notch. Thank you for the professionalism of the servers. Perfect service. I came there on a Saturday evening with friends and returned the next day at noon. I highly recommend.
24/08/2024: Very good restaurant, very often full because it is a victim of its success, well done keep it up, we ate very well, very fresh fish, my husband enjoyed it and so did I. Thanks again to the young man who provided the service and who, in winter, is a Sea Rescuer. Thank you for your kindness and caring towards me because of my diabetes. Your boss may be happy to have an employee like you, thank you to the whole team 🫶🏻.

30/08/2024: Good restaurant for lunch break. The food is good and plentiful. A clientele accustomed to the place. I recommend.
