The hotel meets all the requirements of a high-end hotel. The Table Olivier Nasti boasts a 2-Michelin-starred cuisine. Years ago, Olivier Nasti was a guest chef at Monopol Luzern, which is why we visited him. Unfortunately, we didn't meet him.

A very pleasant stay and an overall experience that met our expectations at this Relais & Châteaux. The hotel is charming and the service is impeccable. The only slight disappointment was the mezzanine room under the eaves, which didn't quite live up to my expectations. However, the breakfast was excellent and deserves special mention.

This is an exceptional address. First, the hotel itself. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly attentive. Nothing is left to chance. We had spa treatments and services, both excellent. But it's Nasti's restaurant that's the real treasure. A five-course menu of the highest caliber. We were invited to see the kitchen and received by the chef himself. Having experienced several two-Michelin-starred restaurants, I can say this is on par with three-star cuisine. Original dishes, beautifully presented. I applaud this establishment, a true jewel of French gastronomy.

Friendly staff. Attentive to guests. Wonderful spa. Impeccable afternoon tea. Very generous and well-stocked breakfast. However, the evening meal did not live up to the establishment's star rating. It lacked the finesse and creativity one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. 20 euros for a glass of wine seems excessive. The flavors in the dishes did not meet the expected palate. Very disappointed.

26/08/2026: We made a special trip to buy two kougelhofs...specifically from the Kayserberg bakery...they're delicious! Kudos to the pastry chefs. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it...we go there 3 or 4 times a year 👌

06/09/2026: A dinner that's truly worth the trip. The dishes are masterpieces; each course is prepared with exquisite care and a level of attention to detail rarely equaled. As an accompaniment, let the sommelier guide you with his wine and tea selections. The timing of the service and the pauses are perfectly calibrated to allow your palate to fully relax. Two minor points, however: 1. I found the chicken very well executed, but lacking the originality found in the other dishes. 2. I think the restrooms are a bit far from the tables, requiring climbing two flights of stairs. I therefore don't know if there is easy access for people with reduced mobility.
30/08/2026: An exceptional experience at La Table d’Olivier Nasti. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the warm welcome to the impeccable service. Every member of staff contributed to making this moment unique, with great professionalism and attentiveness. The dishes were remarkably precise and creative, but a particular favorite was "L’Insolite": a tartare showcasing the king of Alsatian forests, enhanced by Oscietra caviar (Maison Kaviari) and an Alsatian gentian ice cube. A dish as surprising as it was balanced, where each bite tells a story and highlights the Alsatian terroir with great finesse. An exceptional establishment that fully deserves its reputation. We left with wonderful memories and only one desire: to return.
