Excellent gourmet restaurant with new and seasonal flavors. Friendly staff.

We came for my wife's birthday and ordered the chef's five-course tasting menu, which was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it, loved it, the dishes were truly original, and the wines were superb! Thank you again.

I always return with pleasure to L’Abélia, a restaurant I’ve known for many years and which has managed to maintain its true identity. L’Abélia gave me the impression of being a true snapshot of a certain idea of ​​fine dining: the chef in the kitchen, his wife in the dining room, the attentive sommelier—each in their place, with simplicity, precision, and great care. It’s a way of running a restaurant that’s becoming increasingly rare. On the plate, the same coherence: white tuna tartare, hake in a sesame crust, a prime cut of beef, followed by dessert accompanied by a mint-parsley sorbet. Seasonal ingredients, expertly prepared cuisine, and beautifully executed dishes. A unique, genuine, and always enjoyable Nantes address. 🇫🇷

A restaurant we've been frequenting for years. Seasonal cuisine and fresh produce. Exceptional setting. Polite and pleasant staff. Go and treat yourself to the langoustine casserole in a frothy shellfish broth with an extraordinary flavor, the peach mille-feuille with its absolutely divine mint and parsley sorbet. In this heat, air conditioning would be a welcome relief. Otherwise, the food was excellent and the service was top-notch.

A regular for about fifteen years, but not recently back, dining on the terrace with friends was perfect! The cuisine was inventive, and the wonderful freshness of the dishes was much appreciated in the heat. The starter, a medley of octopus, peas, and strawberries, was particularly noteworthy, as was the delicious dessert: a mille-feuille with basil and parsley sorbet. The set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was €49, which is reasonable. In short, I've never been disappointed. The chef takes some time at the end of service to chat with each table; it's a pleasant and informative touch.

A remarkable establishment in every respect. A must for lovers of fine cuisine and French-style service.
