As always, the dishes are exquisite, surprising (in the best possible way), and majestic in their presentation. The service is, of course, on par with the chef's cuisine. The atmosphere is perfect and suitable for everyone.

When you enter this kind of establishment, the expectations are high and legitimate... how can I put it... if you want to be disappointed, go elsewhere, and for the others, a magnificent moment where refinement and elegance blend in the kitchen as well as in the dining room... A superb experience, both in terms of the meal and the impeccable service. The entire meal was absolutely delicious, and the wine selection was very well chosen. Seasonal produce was showcased beautifully (bravo!), the cooking was perfect (red mullet, pigeon...), there were surprising presentation touches (knives), and the desserts were simply divine (rhubarb, the "poetry" of the jus poured with its flowers, the pepper/chocolate combination...). It's rare for a menu to evoke such delightful emotions. It undoubtedly deserves two stars. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
