When you enter this kind of establishment, the expectations are high and legitimate... how can I put it... if you want to be disappointed, go elsewhere, and for the others, a magnificent moment where refinement and elegance blend in the kitchen as well as in the dining room... Thank you for this moment.

A superb experience, both in terms of the meal and the impeccable service. The entire meal was absolutely delicious, and the wine selection was very well chosen. Seasonal produce was showcased beautifully (bravo!), the cooking was perfect (red mullet, pigeon...), there were surprising presentation touches (knives), and the desserts were simply divine (rhubarb, the "poetry" of the jus poured with its flowers, the pepper/chocolate combination...). It's rare for a menu to evoke such delightful emotions. It undoubtedly deserves two stars. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

He excels at flavors, and every bite is an explosion of taste. The sauces are generous and succulent. The cooking is remarkable; every dish is a culinary experience. A feast for both the palate and the eyes. The service is impeccable, provided by the Chef's wife, Mélanie, who is particularly friendly and efficient. Her staff is equally dedicated. In short, everything is perfect. Thank you to Chef Boris, his wife Mélanie, and the entire team.
