For the first time, we chose the euphotic menu and we can't wait to come back and discover the depth menu.

Very nice experience: an intimate and warm setting and welcome, creative, precise and generous dishes, a beautiful selection of wines... Special mention for the squid veil, the candied monkfish and the citrus dessert. In short, a big crush on Abissiou, well done and thanks to Boris, Mélanie and the whole team!

The work of fish and seafood is remarkable for its variety (espuma, confit and cooked at low temperature) and for the sauces which accompany and which are left available.
Smooth service, good explanation of the dishes, choice of wine by the glass well suited to the dishes.
In a comfortable room. (Tables spaced apart, light and sound ambiances studied)
Makes you want to come back during our next stay in Vendée.
