A truly wonderful discovery! Without a doubt, the best cassoulet I've ever tasted. The welcome is exceptionally warm, with genuine attention paid to the customers. You immediately feel at ease in a warm and authentic atmosphere. A truly delightful experience of gastronomy and conviviality, just the way we like it. And ideally located near the "Aux Portes du Sidobre" bed and breakfast, where the welcome is equally attentive. An address to remember!
