This isn't cooking, it's just assembly. Nothing is cooked properly—what a disappointment after reading all the reviews. A gizzard salad where you have to search for the gizzard, a tasteless salad, etc. An andouillette sausage thrown onto the plate without any care, like you'd find in a small bistro. All the side dishes are practically identical with every course, whether you order the set menu or any other. It's a shame for a master chef to have lost his way and lost all desire to cook simple ingredients with inventiveness, passion, and attractive presentation. For lovers of "cooked" cuisine, you won't find what you're looking for here.
