The dishes are delicious and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, some of the side dishes seemed a little less fresh than the rest.

Having frequented some of the finest restaurants in Bordeaux's prestigious châteaux, we recently discovered L'Absolu, which truly charmed us, both in its presentation and in the excellent menu suggestions, which are greatly enhanced by the chef's skill and execution. Also noteworthy is the high-quality service and the very pleasant and competent waitstaff. We will be returning soon to explore the new menu offerings. It's also worth mentioning the large public parking lot directly opposite the restaurant, complete with a safe pedestrian crossing.

We came to the restaurant with a child and had a wonderful time. We particularly appreciated the quality of the food: everything was fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared. The service was also excellent, attentive, and pleasant from beginning to end.
A very positive point, and one that's rare enough to be worth mentioning, was the children's menu. It wasn't just a basic dish, but a truly high-quality, balanced, and delicious meal. Our child loved it!
A fantastic place that we highly recommend.
