Honestly, if there's only one thing to do in Auros, make it L'Absolu. The friendliness, the smiles, and the food—everything is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the flambéed prawns.
We chose this restaurant because we were going to Auros for the Heritage Days. A good idea.
We were warmly welcomed with our small dog. The terrace was pleasant and refreshingly green.
The Iris menu was excellent, with original flavors. The foie gras was very good, the prawns were superb with a delicious tomato relish, and there was a wide selection of desserts, including the pavlova with exotic fruits. A place to remember and return to.
