A big thank you to chef Carolina for her generosity. Thanks to your workshop, we learned to cook vegetarian and what a great discovery! The colors, the textures, the variety of seasonal vegetables and fruits, legumes (chocolate quinoa?! 😳 Top!😍), spices...! A real pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds! This afternoon, thanks to you, I cooked without meat and without fish 😊 I eat less and less meat and fish over time. This is the first time I went to this restaurant, very pleasant discovery! Excellent food! Local products, original recipes concocted with passion by the owner. Cocooning atmosphere. I highly recommend.
