it used to be way better, I went looking for a real mexican guacamole or at least smashed avocado, but the guacamole they gave us was mixed with water maybe? the one in the supermarket is way better. Flavor of the food was not great as well. However it’s was very filling

The service was friendly and attentive, but given that there were only two of them, they struggled to manage both the takeout orders and the room. We were a group of eight people and there was almost a 15 minute gap between the first dish served and the last one on the table.
As for the dishes, although aesthetically pleasing and copiously garnished, they lacked flavor and finesse, regardless of the question of chili.
As for the decor and ambience, while pleasant, a little more effort could be made to mask the cellar ambience. With a few adjustments, one could easily forget about the environment.
Continue on this momentum, you have good foundations, room for improvement!

Both in the atmosphere and on the plate, La cocina is an excellent place to have a good time Mexican style.
The manager having taken a road trip to Mexico, she will be able to welcome you in Spanish, English and French. All the ingredients are of good quality, I opted for the pulled pork burger IT WAS INCREDIBLE!

The food is really tasty and the staff is nice. However, we had to wait quite long for the drinks and the food. The biggest disadvantage is the interior - it is quite tight and a bit ugly, I must say. There are tables in the basement, however it is kind of creepy and actually cold - so even though I liked the food, I would recommend eating outside, if the weather is nice.
