The lady who helped me find the only capsule - violet one, called "Arpeggio"; let me tell you THIS is Italian coffee, and I've lived there for 23 years - I really wanted was the kindest possible. Smiling, caring, she instantly helped me, offered me the capsule I was so desperately searching for, and even gave me a small gift after paying. I will be back soon :) thank you for the service and for caring about the customer, makes one feel welcomed
