I went for the IACE 2025 selections. Even though I wasn't selected, I really enjoyed the experience. The places are absolutely magnificent, full of stories. If you have a chance to come and see, take it.

07/12/2025: The best couscous in Paris, period. Not only are the portions generous, but the prices are unbeatable. Plus, the servers are incredibly attentive, friendly, and pleasant. One of my top 5 in the 17th arrondissement, even for lunch.
10/11/2025: The best couscous and Tunisian restaurant I know. Delicious food, nice decor, friendly staff. You really feel like you're in Tunisia. I lived in the neighborhood 25 years ago, and the restaurant was already good. I've since moved, but I never miss an opportunity to go back when I'm in the area.
