What can I say? A perfectly executed dish in terms of flavor. The truffle is intense at the beginning of the tasting, paired with a touch of burrata to allow the carpaccio to express its richness. The dish itself isn't heavy, but the fries and bread served alongside are a good source of satisfaction. For dessert, French toast. Designed specifically for chocolate lovers. Generously filled with cocoa, the whipped cream lightens this dessert. The brioche is served warm. The scoop of ice cream beforehand offers an interesting interplay of texture and temperature.
