A really great time 😀 The clam pasta is simple yet delicious, and the beef tartare… pure bliss.
The atmosphere is warm and lively, sometimes a little hectic, probably due to a reduced staff one day, but always with a smile. The setting is pleasant and you feel right at home. Remember to book ahead: it's a very popular spot, and it's easy to see why.

Quick service.
For starters, fried gyozas. Cooked in a unique way. A crispy exterior, a slightly undercooked yet meltingly tender interior. The vegetable flavor is intense. Accompanied by a spicy Asian sauce.
For the main course, beef carpaccio with burrata.
What can I say? A perfectly executed dish in terms of flavor. The truffle is intense at the beginning of the tasting, paired with a touch of burrata to allow the carpaccio to express its rich and slightly bloody character. The dish itself isn't heavy, but the fries and bread served alongside are a good source of satisfaction.
For dessert, French toast. Specifically designed for chocolate lovers. Generously filled with cocoa, the whipped cream lightens this dessert. The brioche is served warm. The scoop of ice cream beforehand offers an interesting interplay of texture and temperature.
The atmosphere is wonderful. The establishment is located right in the Parc du Griffon. The terrace is particularly pleasant, surrounded by trees.
Peaceful.
The service is impeccable. A bowl of olives is offered. A complimentary Dijon mustard is also provided.
The black tea is perfectly satisfactory.
A must-try in Vitrolles.

We visited the restaurant today and were very satisfied. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere both inside and out. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Although we unfortunately don't speak French, communication worked well.

This is the third or fourth time I've had lunch at this restaurant, where I order the daily special, and each time I'm so pleasantly surprised by the flavors; you can really taste the chef's experience. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and responsive. Frankly, considering the surrounding area, the value for money is unbeatable; I haven't seen anything better in the area.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Le Millésime! From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the warm atmosphere and elegant setting of the restaurant.
The food was flawless: the dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, showcasing a real attention to flavor and using high-quality ingredients.
Special mention goes to the service, which was attentive, professional, and very friendly.
