Passing through Les Sables-d'Olonne, I had lunch at L'Aiglon and what a wonderful discovery!
Perfectly shucked oysters... the skate with crisp vegetables was a real treat... And to finish, a crêpe, mmm!
The added bonus: a team that was incredibly attentive, with a great sense of humor, welcoming, and discreet 🙏
A superb place, don't change a thing 😍

Passing through Les Sables-d'Olonne, a random stop... Perfect moment, lunch on the sunny terrace on January 3rd! The welcome was very attentive, and the staff were smiling from beginning to end of the meal – what a delight! Oysters and white wine for starters. Beef fillet for the main course.
Everything was excellent. Thank you for the quality of your work, I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We were greeted warmly and served promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed the sole and mashed potatoes, which were simple yet delicious. The beef cheek casserole with homemade fries was equally excellent. A fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend!

There were three of us, the welcome was warm, and the location is excellent. The prices are reasonable.
We thoroughly enjoyed each having a crêpe (perhaps a little greasy), and the high-quality Dammann Frères tea. We'll be back.

This Sunday at 4:30 pm we had a savory crêpe! And what a pleasant surprise, it was delicious. We wanted to try out the new owner and we weren't disappointed. The service is efficient and friendly, and on weekends you can eat at any time. I had a tasty Southwest-style galette (with two foie gras toasts) served with fries, and my husband had a chicken curry galette. The sauce was fabulous. And of course, a bowl of cider.

For my birthday, I went to dinner on Saturday night. It was busy, the welcome was friendly, and orders were taken quickly, with impeccable service. I ordered a pulled beef burger with raclette cheese and pepper sauce, fries, and salad. It was delicious, homemade fries, yum! A real treat. Followed by dessert, a Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream cone), which was excellent. Go there, you won't be disappointed. We had gone in for a savory crepe, but seeing the other dishes inside made us want to try something different.
