A well-run establishment, both in the kitchen and the dining room, managed by a couple who respect their customers. A real delight; I, who usually prefer a classic crêpe, often order a complete meal, thoroughly enjoyed the scallop and prawn crêpe.

Excellent welcome and service. The galette and prawn fritters for dinner were delicious, and the owners were fantastic. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the service and food. However, when paying my bill, two other customers criticized the owner for the service and their galettes. I think we're from different planets... 😉😉 See you very soon at this wonderful place!!

Good restaurant where we had an excellent cuttlefish stew with a delicious sauce and a casserole of pork cheeks (A++). A must-try on the seafront. Very pleasant service.

While passing through Les Sables d’Olonne, we had lunch at L’Aiglon. When I got home and looked more closely at the bill, I noticed I was charged an extra €2.50 because I ordered a buckwheat galette for dessert instead of a wheat crêpe. I'm gluten intolerant, and crêperies are one of the few places where I can eat gluten-free thanks to buckwheat galettes. So, you pay a high price for your food intolerances! This is the first time this has ever happened to me, but as they say, there's a first time for everything (unfortunately)!
I would just like to know what could justify this extra charge, considering I already paid for a wheat crêpe in the original dish, which cost €10.50? Thank you in advance for your reply…

Passing through Les Sables-d'Olonne, I had lunch at L'Aiglon and what a wonderful discovery!
Perfectly shucked oysters... the skate with crisp vegetables was a real treat... And to finish, a crêpe, mmm!
The added bonus: a team that was incredibly attentive, with a great sense of humor, welcoming, and discreet 🙏
