Excellent experience at Albarino Passy! The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant from start to finish. The dishes are delicious, generous, and perfectly prepared. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each plate. A true culinary journey in a friendly setting. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

At Albarino's, you go for the warmth of the people, the encounters, and the comforting, delicious dishes from various parts of Africa. The welcome is simply incredible! It's such a boost to enjoy a wonderful meal with hosts who end up becoming true friends! Thank you, Albarino!

One of the very first African restaurants in Paris, and it's been around for decades! I went there several years ago, and I was never disappointed. When I recently saw the restaurant's name on a flyer for International Women's Day, I immediately thought of this iconic place, a pioneer of African cuisine in the 16th arrondissement. So happy to know it's still there!

16/07/2026: The best mashed potatoes I've ever had and in several exciting variations. I'll definitely have that again. Unfortunately the meat didn't live up to either expectations or the price. It was overcooked. But all in all it was pretty good.

08/07/2026: A small, unassuming bar/restaurant with truly top-notch service: Maxime, with his humor and kindness. He kept bringing us water without us even asking. And the food was excellent; I recommend the "crying tiger" (a type of fish). Definitely worth a return visit!
07/07/2026: Excellent bar, a place we always enjoy returning to! We've been to Smoke several times and the experience is always top-notch: pleasant atmosphere, warm welcome, and impeccable service. Special mention to Maxime, super friendly, very approachable, and always smiling—it really makes a difference. As for the food, nothing to complain about either: it's very good, with an excellent lamb shank. A place I wholeheartedly recommend for a drink, a good time, or a great meal.
