We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food is excellent, as is the service. The team is dynamic, attentive, and very professional. The decor and ambiance are lovely. I highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable for the level of quality offered, especially compared to other lakeside restaurants. We each ordered the Alchemist menu, with an aperitif. The cooking and flavors were perfect. I highly recommend it.

The food was very good, a lovely experience. The waiter at the restaurant entrance was very professional, but the rest of the waitresses weren't up to par. No explanation, nothing. But we still had a good time.

The food is good, I'm a little disappointed that the menu doesn't change on weekends. I particularly enjoyed the dessert: the chocolate caramel was truly extraordinary, a very good balance between flavors and textures. The service isn't perfect, but the servers are very kind, smiling, and go out of their way to please the customer.

Visit to L’Alchimiste for brunch. The setting is pleasant and the food is decent, but nothing special. The savory offerings are perfectly adequate, but the desserts, which looked promising, aren’t homemade (cake and chocolate mousse, for example), which somewhat spoils the experience.
