An exceptional restaurant near Angoulême: our new reference there. Discovered and chosen somewhat at random, it must be admitted, the latter did things well: a truly large establishment, and exemplary cleanliness. Tastefully and simply decorated, there is an atmosphere of calm, conducive to relaxation; We are here far from the noisy establishments into which we painfully cram as many customers as possible. Here, you can talk to each other without needing to raise your voice, and you don't take advantage of the neighbors' conversations. And now that the scene is set, what can we say about the cuisine, other than that it was simply perfect during our 3 visits there. Each time we abuse it, but we never regret. It's fine, prepared with quality products. The charcuterie plate to share alone would be enough to motivate a visit. But it would be a shame to miss the dishes, without any false notes. In terms of prices, taking into account the quality, it is absolutely correct. In short, quite simply one of the best French restaurants we have visited... 3 times already.
