Nous avons passé une soirée exceptionnelle au restaurant L’Almandin, en choisissant un menu autour de la truffe blanche. Chaque plat était un véritable délice, mêlant saveurs et technicité, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la touche personnelle du chef Bacquié, qui est venu râper fraîchement la truffe sur l’un de nos plats – un moment aussi raffiné que rare, même s’il fut un peu bref.
Pour accompagner ce festin, nous avons également goûté un cocktail au miel surprenant et audacieux, qui a apporté une touche d’originalité à notre expérience. Les équipes, chaleureuses et attentives, ont contribué à faire de cette soirée un moment inoubliable.
En bref, un repas aussi savoureux que sophistiqué. Bravo au chef Bacquié et à toute l’équipe de L’Almandin ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A room that opens onto a garden, the lagoon. Professional and discreet welcome, careful and attentive service. Thank you to the entire brigade who work in the background for this moment, where time is suspended giving way to the beauty of the site and a frank cuisine with beautiful products, porcini mushrooms, turbos, chive… A cuisine which fills us with happiness

We wanted to test it...
Octopus and rubber lobster cooking PB.
I wanted to replace one of the two sweet desserts with cheese, a mistake on my part, they brought me a slate with 4 pieces of cheese straight from the fridge.
I thought that, as in all Michelin-starred establishments, it had a cheese cart with artisanal products.

It's been years since I went to L'Almandin and I came away frankly disappointed, as did my family. The lunch menu has become very limited. Impossible to know what we will taste with the "Vegetable Menu" which was good, it's true, but nothing extraordinary. Friendly welcome, but unresponsive staff. I specify at the start of the meal that I am allergic to pine nuts (angioedema) and my dessert is full of them! the waiters pass regularly between the tables but do not think to remove the empty water bottles and only bring others after several requests. The same goes for bread. Perhaps end-of-season fatigue, which I can understand, but with 1 star and at this price, you can expect better!

Service and cuisine (menu at €150) corresponds to expectations
On the other hand, negative point, only 1 M/F WC for the entire restaurant (gastro and brasserie).
These two toilets are occupied for a long time by the waiters (more than 10 minutes)
Unacceptable for an establishment of this level
