We had the pleasure of discovering L’Almandin through its Market Menu and Vegetarian Menu, and the experience was simply remarkable.
On the palate, each dish is a demonstration of precision and sensitivity. The cooking is impeccable, the combinations clear and bold, allowing the ingredients to express themselves without ever masking them. The Market Menu elevates local produce with extreme finesse, where each flavor naturally finds its place. The revelation was the vegetarian menu. Rarely have vegetables been treated with such nobility. A menu conceived, constructed, and executed as a work of art in its own right, not as an alternative. The service, for its part, mirrors the cuisine: precise, elegant, with constant attention without ever being intrusive, offering sound advice and perfect timing. One feels accompanied, listened to, and respected throughout the meal.
An unmissable address, which one leaves with the definite desire to return, and a special mention for the excellence and boldness of its vegetarian cuisine.

Visited the restaurant on Saturday, October 15th for their special Oyster and Champagne menu.
We were given a table for four with a view of the water.
We were introduced to the menu and the 4 different Champagnes we were going to taste.
We started with a Mise en Bouche. A macro with mushroom and a quarter of cold fois gras with plum.
First course. Huitres Tarbourlech. With Jus de Presse de Caviar Sturia - Chou-Fleur d'Adrien. This was accompanied by Champagne Billecart- Le Reserve.
Second course. Comme des Tagliatelles d'Encornet de Mediterranee. This was with champagne sauce and vegetables from the area. This was accompanied by Champagne Billecart Le Blanc de Blanc.
Third course. The fish. Lotte Maturee au Miso d'Argeles. Accompanied by autumn vegetables- Caviar Oscietre Sturia. This was accompanied by Champagne Billecart Les Sous-Bois.
This great meal was concluded with two desserts. First with Le Pamplemouse Rose followed by Le Rasin et la Pomme.
This was accompanied by Champagne Billecart- Le Rose.
We finished with Coffee.
A unique experience again. Many quirky surprises, great flavors and beautifully presented. Not only a pleasure for the palate. Just as much for the eyes.
The service. Present and attentive. Great work. Thorough and clear information about the different dishes.
Atmosphere and view. Just really cozy.

Magnificent chic and original restaurant..we feel good there..the cuisine is refined and original..a big bravo to the chef! This was our second meal in this magical place..there were 4 of us for a birthday..the staff is very attentive..a big thank you to the sommelier and Jeremy for our discussions and their know-how and their interpersonal skills..we highly recommend!!

Very good cuisine – the sauces are to die for, fresh, regional products. A small menu, a large one, and a vegetarian one. We had the large one with a wine pairing, which was really good and very well presented by the sommelier. One star deducted for service, as we were initially "ignored" for a relatively long time before someone wanted to take our order. Given the staffing levels and the prices, it wasn't ideal for me. The food, however, was excellent.

The signature menu is decent, but there's no standout dish, and the overall experience is rather bland. The wait between courses is very long.
On the other hand, the location is magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the lagoon.
