A very well-located restaurant, facing the sea. Chic, very welcoming staff, and refined and excellent cuisine.

A very warm welcome, excellent food, and to top it all off, a superb sea view – pure bliss! We've been twice and will definitely be back!

I find it expensive. The service was efficient but nothing special, a bit rushed, which was rather unpleasant. It could be so much better. I had reserved a seafront table that I didn't get, without even being told beforehand that it wasn't possible. Apparently, other people had booked it before me… Well, luckily there aren't many options in the area, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. It really needs improvement. None of the four of us would return on a whim. What a shame.

The good points: a friendly welcome and professional waiters. Fairly quick service. And of course, a sea view. Less positive: the menu is rather limited, as is often the case with "homemade" cuisine; one might expect more than just farmed sea bass and turbot. The sauces and the way the dishes are presented are good, as a former Michelin-starred chef knows how to do. But three oysters on a seafood platter, and a rather high price for desserts that, while good and generous, aren't exceptionally refined, seems a bit stingy. It's a poor strategy if they want customers to return.

It's very pleasant to have a very good restaurant when staying in this beautiful hotel. However, hotel guests are disappointed to find the same fish of the day and the same daily specials EVERY day. A certain laziness on the part of the chef will likely only encourage hotel guests to stay for four days.... (Small menu)

We came back to the hotel and restaurant after 4 years. The hotel room was again very enjoyable with great views and all facilities available in the room. Friendly personnel at the reception. The restaurant we knew from the years before on the 1st floor was an amazing experience with fine dining, great service, spacious restaurant room with tables well place at a distance from each other and great views through the large windows on the sea. This restaurant on the 1st floor has now been replaced by hotel rooms. The restaurant is now on the ground floor and feels more like a bistro restaurant with lots of tables, and chairs close to each other. The food is very good but less fine dining experience than before. The restaurant feels very busy. Maybe an area in the restaurant with dining tables more at a distance from each other would be appreciated, maybe for those who want to experience fine dining in quietness. This is just a suggestion. Overall great hotel, great location and good food.

An extraordinary culinary experience, the staff are attentive, the dishes are delicious, a small drawback regarding the size of the tables which are a little small and the lack of warmth (the temperature) of the restaurant.

The welcome and service were very professional. The setting, comfort, and decor all contribute to a pleasant atmosphere that complements the quality of the meal. The food is carefully prepared, and the quality and originality of the ingredients offer excellent value for money.

Excellent meal. The bar was excellent. The service was efficient and very pleasant. Just one small drawback: the airlock at the sea-facing entrance lets in a draft, which is unpleasant. It's a shame this problem wasn't anticipated during the extensive renovations. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; it remains the best restaurant in the region. Some would say... worth the detour!
