Beds not very comfortable, location ok, but the hotel is too high to get away and the elevator to the hotel closes at 11 p.m. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff

We stayed at the end of January 2026. The staff were fantastic, especially the lady who checked us in and was there in the mornings when we collected pastries. She was always extremely smiley and happy to help. The room was a good size with a double bed, bunk beds and a pull out sofa with a well stocked kitchen. Pool was always clean and the choice of saunas and steam rooms was perfect after a day's skiing. Location was good with ski in/out and a short 5 miute walk into town, although there is a slope walk up/down. It is also within a short walk to the Dahu lift which connect you to the centre of 1800. All in all it was a perfect apartment and will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely residence, you have everything uou need there. In a good location. Lovely reception staff. Great pool. Close to everywhere. Nevertheless it is in style of 2000, and a hill down or up to walk to get there.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Pierre & Vacances Premium residence. The duplex apartment was very comfortable. With the children, we thoroughly enjoyed the heated indoor pool, steam rooms, and saunas. The staff were very helpful. The village isn't far, however, there is a steep climb to get there.

The residence has an indoor pool, hammam, and sauna, but it's getting old. The apartment was supposed to be available at 3 p.m., but we got it after 5 p.m. We were supposed to have bathrobes, but we got them 48 hours later. In short, the services could still be improved.

Auberge de la Nova

24/10/2025: A friend and I decided to spend a week in Les Chapieux exploring the valleys and discovering the local flora and fauna. It wasn't until the third night that we decided to dine at the Auberge de La Nova. As soon as we sat down, the La Nova burger caught our eye on the menu, and we didn't even have to speak before the owner immediately guessed what we wanted! He said, "You'll see, it's amazing." Well, he wasn't lying. From the first bite, my friend and I looked at each other and it was indeed amazing! It was so good that we decided to come back every night of the week, and that's exactly what we did! The burgers are incredible. We also tried a few desserts, including the Pavlova and the chocolate fondant, which were also truly to die for. The welcome was super warm: the waiters, the cooks, the owner, and his wife were all lovely and friendly. It was heartbreaking to have to leave on the last day... but one thing is certain: we'll be back! And this time, we'll go every night of our stay to enjoy La Nova's delicious burger :) Thank you so much 🙏 Les Petits Suisses 🐍
27/09/2025: Basic auberge in Les Chapieux. It is probably the main option on this part of the TMB with the next hut “Refuge des Mottets” a good distance away. Big campsite in front of the auberge - campers welcome to utilise the facilities in the hut so get your showers in early. Dorms were a little crammed and beds very squeaky. Dinner was good and really hearty - Chicken Velasquez, rice, and a delicious soup. Breakfast might as well have not been served it was so pathetic. Packed lunch was good though.

29/03/2025: A very pleasant time at La Bûche, the cuisine is quality with varied flavors and quality products! The service is efficient and courteous with little touches for customers. I recommend this restaurant whether for a warm evening meal or a moment on the terrace under the Les Arcs sun PS: Special mention for the perfectly mastered simmered beef chuck
28/03/2025: The owner and her colleague are very kind! The service was very good. The classic dishes are a little more expensive than elsewhere, but the products are also better, so it's normal. The dessert menu is original and very good!
