Great find! Friendly owner who manages his terrace well. Very friendly waitress, dishes a bit pricey but generous and tasty, and no overbooking, so a great customer experience. We'll be back, don't change a thing, it's becoming rare in Les Sybelles.

Delicious food, friendly service for a fair price.

Restaurant with a magnificent panorama. Worth the effort to get there. 😉 After a good walk: Idyllic setting, lovely and calming owners (server and cook). Well-decorated chalet. Delicious meal: Beaufort tart, Diot cheese with wine sauce and mashed potatoes and butternut squash. The tartiflette was the best I've ever eaten. We had a wonderful time. Chair on the terrace, ideal for a little nap in paradise. 😁

During our vacation, we had the opportunity to spend an evening at this establishment. It's an absolute must. The welcome and food are top-notch, and the owners are super friendly.

After a good hike, nothing beats a "Bravo"—that's how we're welcomed at Alpe! A breathtaking view, generous local cuisine! Definitely worth trying: the Beaufort tart and the croque monsieur. Thanks to Joël for his delicious dishes and to Piou for the top-notch service.
