Very nice surprise for this restaurant. Warm welcome and light and succulent flamekueches, just like in Strasbourg. Beautiful Alsatian wine list. Excellent value for money. A very good address in Saint-Etienne!

I didn't try their cuisine because we were in a meeting in this brand, but for the beers it's top notch for the choices very targeted on Alsace, lots of explanations from the staff on their products.

Theflammekueches are excellent; they melt in the mouth. A restaurant to discover. Beautiful atmosphere, very nice restaurant and courteous and smiling staff.

10/03/2024: Very good cuisine, very well presented and excellent dishes, pleasant waitresses and most of all a moment of sharing with the boss I will come back for sure
29/02/2024: Restaurant that I recommend. The products are fresh and very well cooked, local and seasonal. The service is pleasant, smiling, but a bit insistent. It's a detail compared to the rest of the service. The chef and his team are very nice! Go for it 👍
