Everything was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it.

Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in Elbeuf and the surrounding area. The cuisine is refined and meticulously presented, the dishes are incredible, especially since the menu is updated monthly. The desserts are truly divine, the best I've ever had. The service is also noteworthy; the waiters are extremely professional and everything is impeccable. The only slight drawback, though it doesn't detract from the experience, is that the menu used to be presented and explained by the waiters, which is no longer the case. It's a small detail, but it was a very welcome touch.

Lunch for four today was perfect. The atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the service.

What can be said about Alter is that there's nothing to say! The best restaurant in Elbeuf, by far. The service is impeccable, the dishes original and delicious. As regulars, we always return with the same pleasure.

A wonderful discovery. The quality of the food and presentation was excellent (special mention for the venison cooked perfectly 👍). The welcome was courteous and professional without being obsequious. To contradict the naysayers, the portions were very reasonable, neither too much nor too little (some people go to restaurants to stuff themselves when the goal is to discover new flavors). We'll be back!

I was disappointed; the food is good, but at 8 p.m. there was only a choice of 2 starters and 2 desserts out of 3. Meh.
