L'Ambrosia sur Pezens

Having previously seen the Michelin listing we'd long intended to dine here and today (19th) we were well rewarded. It's true you can't please everyone all the time and some reviews seem to reflect this, though from our experience today it's hard to fathom why! Warmly welcomed, our waiter was attentive, informed well and explained all the dishes, helpful with wine and drink selection and very personable. Service was discreet, but friendly and very efficient. Choosing the 4 course menu with choices from the a la carte selections delivered excellent value with interesting dishes, innovative cuisine and delightfully presented. All of us were delighted with our choices. We definitely look forward to returning in the spring when passing this way again. Merci a tous!

A very nice restaurant near Carcassonne. A warm welcome, professional service, a chef available. Very difficult to choose from the menu, everything tempts you, and the result is really very satisfying. We had a great time and recommend this restaurant

Pleasant welcome, fair prices, a really quiet and well appointed terrace, perfect service with details of all the dishes, from appetizers to dessert. We often say when the dessert is perfect we have excellent memories of the restaurant, mission accomplished. Address to keep

Excellent cuisine by the chef, whom I highly recommend. There were three of us celebrating an exam. The appetizers are delicious as are the dishes which are succulent and very hearty. The staff is very helpful, positive waves of joy and good humor are felt in the restaurant. I hope to return there very soon! Alicia Martinez
