Absolute perfection for Mother's Day! We celebrated Mother's Day at L'Ambrosia in Pezens, and everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. This restaurant is a true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere that was elegant, warm, and welcoming. The menu, specially created for the occasion, was a memorable and flawless experience: dishes as beautiful to look at as they were delicious to eat. The flavors were incredibly refined, the ingredients were impeccably fresh, and each bite was an explosion of creativity. Mom was absolutely delighted! A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service. Despite the crowds on this special day, the staff remained smiling, attentive, exceptionally professional, and remarkably kind. The verdict: Exceptional value for money for a restaurant of this caliber. L'Ambrosia remains a sure bet that continues to surpass itself. We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it, go for it without hesitation!

A very pleasant restaurant with a beautiful dining room and terrace. We opted for the chef's tasting menu and had a very enjoyable evening with a delicious and well-balanced seasonal menu, particularly the red mullet with cockles and the stuffed morel mushrooms with an excellent sauce. The two glasses of wine were good, nothing special; perhaps they could have been chosen by the customer. A lovely light dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Excellent value for money.

We had a lovely evening at L’Ambrosia. The service was impeccable, and we were particularly impressed by the excellent wine selection. We opted for the "Free Menu for Chef Sebastian & His Team" and let ourselves be surprised. The presentation of the dishes was very appealing and of high quality. However, some courses lacked the special touch or refinement we would have expected from such a menu. The atmosphere also suffered somewhat from the rather loud noise level, which made the evening feel less relaxing at times. Overall, though, it's a lovely restaurant with attentive service and great potential for a special dining experience.

The taste was just as impressive as the presentation; each dish was bursting with flavor. I enjoyed taking my time to savor them. The desserts were delicious. Thank you to the chef! 😀 The atmosphere is calm, with lovely decor and a beautiful wine cellar. The service was impeccable, with very pleasant staff. Now all that's left is to return when the weather is nice to enjoy the terrace! 😉 Go without hesitation; it's truly a superb place—you won't be disappointed.
