L'Ambrosia sur Pezens

I came to this establishment for my birthday, particularly given its reputation, and I therefore expected an experience befitting a fine dining restaurant. Unfortunately, with the very first course, I found a piece of glass in my plate. When I pointed it out, I was told it was plastic and my dish was replaced. I believe I can surely distinguish between glass and plastic, especially when it's in my own food. Mistakes happen, of course, but with such a reputation, one would expect particular attention to be paid to potential errors. Beyond this incident, I was most disappointed by the lack of genuine concern or any gesture of goodwill from the restaurant. For an establishment of this caliber, and especially on the occasion of my birthday, I expected more professionalism and consideration. Otherwise, the food was very good and the cuisine was of high quality. I would definitely return and I would even recommend it. It's therefore all the more unfortunate that this incident, and especially the way it was handled, so significantly marred the experience.

Vegetarians and vegans, go for it!!! We had an absolutely stunning experience in the enchanting setting of this establishment. The personalized service was worthy of the finest restaurants, the staff were incredibly attentive yet discreet, and wonderfully knowledgeable about all the delicious dishes on offer. Our vegetarian and vegan dietary needs were accommodated seamlessly, making us feel completely at ease. Having been used to having to mention it at the beginning of a meal, what a pleasant surprise to hear, "Of course, sir, we have taken note of your request, and the chef has prepared a meal specially for you. You don't need to worry about choosing from the menu, just specify the number of tasting sessions." It felt like dining at a friend's table, where a truly exceptional meal was prepared just for you. A delight, a marvel at the explosion of flavors offered throughout this surprisingly sensual culinary journey. Our vegetarian and vegan diets were perfectly respected without the slightest hindrance to a truly unique dining experience. Being made to feel comfortable enough to fully and serenely enjoy the moment—that's what true excellence is all about! The memory that remains etched in our minds is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Such a gem absolutely deserves to be much better known and appreciated by vegetarians and vegans.

I had an exceptional time at L'Ambrosia restaurant in Pezens, as I do every time I visit. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfectly executed: refined dishes, subtle flavors, and top-quality ingredients. Each plate was a true delight for the eyes and the palate. The setting also deserves special mention. The living walls add a touch of elegance, freshness, and serenity, making the experience even more enjoyable. The decor is tasteful and creates a warm and intimate atmosphere. The service was attentive, professional, and very welcoming. Absolute perfection for Mother's Day! We celebrated Mother's Day at L'Ambrosia in Pezens, and everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. This restaurant is a true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere that was elegant, warm, and welcoming. The menu, specially created for the occasion, was a memorable and flawless experience: dishes as beautiful to look at as they were delicious to eat. The flavors were incredibly refined, the ingredients were impeccably fresh, and each bite was an explosion of creativity. Mom was absolutely delighted! A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service. Despite the crowds on this special day, the staff remained smiling, attentive, exceptionally professional, and remarkably kind. The verdict: Exceptional value for money for a restaurant of this caliber. L'Ambrosia remains a sure bet that continues to surpass itself. We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it, go for it without hesitation!
