01/08/2026: We'll be back at 83! The service was excellent: the waiter was very kind, discreet yet attentive, and offered helpful advice. The dishes were of very high quality, the ingredients were flavorful, the origin of the products was clearly indicated, and the portions were perfect (not too small and we were still hungry, and not too large and we couldn't finish). We had the melon, mozzarella, and bresaola appetizer with balsamic vinegar: excellent! The wines were also very good, a great opportunity to discover new and high-quality wines!
28/07/2026: Another find from the Michelin guide, some great cooking, enjoyed the pork belly and the veal main courses, shared a tiramisu. Good wine recommendation from the server. Worth a visit if you’re in Metz.
