I'm staying at the hotel next door, and this restaurant is recommended to me. I go in and return the waitress's smile. "Good evening, I'm alone and hungry." The restaurant isn't full; it's only 7:45 p.m. I'm seated at a comfortable table. The menu is simple, featuring good quality ingredients. I'm undecided, and they suggest a dish that suits me. So I just go with the flow for the entire meal. And I have no regrets. The smiles, the service, the quality—these are the ingredients for a wonderful evening. THANK YOU

For me, one of the best restaurants in Metz. The set menu (starter/main/dessert) is excellent value for money, and it changes every three weeks. This restaurant doesn't get the recognition it deserves, perhaps because it's located near the train station.

The lamb shanks were very tender with their mashed potatoes and vegetables. The wine by the glass was perhaps a little pricey, but the warm welcome and smiles of the staff were delightful. Thank you.
