Here we are in Pornic, stopping at the first restaurant on the quayside. Well, what a great choice! We opted for the mussels in cream sauce, absolutely delicious, the cream was mild and not at all acidic. Kudos to the purchasing manager and the chef; the mussels were excellent, a good size, and perfectly cooked. Our week-long stay will definitely allow us to return.

We spent a week in Pornic and had lunch at this restaurant four times; the mussels with Rochefort cheese were excellent. Very good service. I recommend it.

I just ordered the set menu: oysters and pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce. The Bourgneuf oysters were very fresh, and the pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce was excellent 😋 served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The waiter was very pleasant.

Hello, I went to Pornic with a group of seniors from Angers on Friday, August 28, 2026. With a friend, I had lunch at L'Amphitrite, simply mussels and fries. And I finished with a caramel ice cream sundae. Everything was perfect, and we were warmly welcomed by a charming lady. If the opportunity arises again, I will go back. Don't hesitate, go to L'Amphitrite! Gil

13/09/2026: Just a small ice cream and a cocktail, but very friendly staff and the biker gentleman also offered to keep helmets warm, very kind, I recommend!
