I had booked a table for a Tuesday evening in April.
The service was excellent. About five tables were reserved, which allowed the servers to be attentive without being intrusive.
I chose the €79 Evolution menu. The dishes were excellent, both in terms of taste and presentation. I would definitely go back. I deducted one star because of the music. Even the English can't stand Frank Sinatra on repeat!

Very beautiful, very good.
The sea bass and veal were cooked perfectly!
One major drawback: the wine list. No organic wines. And very few choices. I drank a tasteless Loire red that wasn't served at the right temperature.

Honestly, the presentation, the quality of the products, and the flavors in every dish are truly incredible. The service is superb; the waiter is always attentive and describes the dishes perfectly. I highly recommend it. The price is really inexpensive for such quality; they could easily raise it, the quality is so high. I even got engaged there! Thank you for this incredible meal and the setting too! 😇
