20/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery at L’Impromptu in the Covered Market of Nancy! We were lucky enough to enjoy this experience thanks to a prize we won in the “I Love Nancy” contest by Destination Nancy, and what a treat it was! Authentic cuisine made with fresh ingredients, where you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise. Dishes bursting with flavor, a real delight from start to finish. All this in a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you want to fully savor the moment. Thank you for this wonderful culinary interlude and this lovely discovery. A place we are happy to recommend!

22/05/2026: We had a seafood platter, which was of okay quality. The service wasn't particularly attentive. The ambiance is reminiscent of old-fashioned French restaurants.
22/05/2026: A very beautiful period brasserie...with a baby-friendly menu, offering a choice of dishes and specializing in shellfish and fish.
