What a wonderful surprise in Pornic! We chose this restaurant somewhat randomly, and we were so glad we did! The cuisine was exceptional: beautifully presented dishes and a perfect combination of ingredients. The scallops were absolutely divine... I highly recommend it!

A truly wonderful and delicious culinary experience. Everything was excellent, beautifully presented, and the accompanying sauces were impeccable.
I highly recommend it from appetizer to dessert.

A restaurant that's truly worth a visit.
The presentation of the dishes is exquisite; the fresh fruit dessert was a true work of art, as were the other dishes.
The flavor combinations are meticulously crafted and successful, even if they sometimes seem unexpected. This is the genius of the chef and his team.
As for the service, the staff is exceptionally kind and attentive.
We recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly; it's a wonderful discovery at a very reasonable price considering the truly high-end level of service.

Excellent cuisine from start to finish, accompanied by attentive and warm service.
The cured Corsican ham was exquisite, and the pithiviers was a true masterpiece.
The veal fillet, a daily special, was perfectly cooked.
Special mention goes to the creations of Simon, the pastry chef, which brought the meal to an elegant and indulgent close.
A truly wonderful restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend.
