Excellent bistro fare! In my opinion, the best restaurant in Pornic. Always delighted to have lunch/dinner at L'Ana'Gram: top-notch welcome and service, excellent quality and impeccably fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation of the dishes, and superb flavor combinations. The desserts are also very, very good and beautiful! Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism and constant kindness.

Fantastic restaurant overlooking the sea and castle. The young, dynamic, and friendly staff makes for superb dishes and presentation, even the simplest sorbet has little extra touches. We dined at L'Anagram this past Friday, August 7th, with my eldest daughter and son-in-law. They both work in the restaurant industry, so I let them choose the restaurant… and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is efficient, attentive, and very friendly, without ever being intrusive. The dishes are of very high quality, with well-prepared ingredients and perfectly proportioned portions. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal: nine oysters, a beef tartare, a cheese plate, and a strawberry tartlet. We paired our meal with an excellent Saint-Joseph wine, which complemented the dishes perfectly. The icing on the cake: the chef takes the time to greet his guests at the end of the meal. This thoughtful touch is always appreciated and demonstrates his commitment to their satisfaction. A truly wonderful restaurant that I highly recommend. I will gladly return. JP C
