It was a pleasure to see Jeannette again at L'Ancolie, so authentic, so attentive to her customers, and of course we thoroughly enjoyed her terrines, the guinea fowl with blueberries accompanied by a succulent eggplant gratin, and of course the famous raspberry sabayon for dessert.
