Had a great lunch here. Excellent service and we ordered off the menu du jour. We both had the grilled sea bream which was recommended and perfect for lunch.
We shared a bottle of Sancerre rosé which was again recommended and delicious. Desserts also top notch.
No hesitation to recommend

Hello, we made a reservation for two people on Sunday, May 24th.
Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time before being served, which is certainly not normal when dining at a restaurant.
However, we would like to emphasize the high level of professionalism of the owners and the entire front-of-house team. Despite the circumstances, they remained very attentive, welcoming, and concerned about our comfort throughout the meal.
A big thank you also for the very kind gesture: a second complimentary aperitif and two glasses of champagne. This demonstrates a true sense of service and a genuine desire to satisfy customers.
We were particularly impressed by the team's dedication and professionalism. Thank you.

We arrived at 5 pm for lunch on a Saturday, and what a lovely terrace on this little square in Chartres!
We were served quickly and warmly by the attentive staff. Excellent value for money... We'll definitely be back! 👍👌

A fantastic experience at L’Annexe!
The ribeye steak with homemade fries and homemade blue cheese sauce was a pure delight. The white wines on offer were also excellent.
Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. Special mention to the waiter who didn't hesitate to walk to the restaurant "Le Cathédrale" (also excellent!) (the owner's second establishment) simply to bring me freshly ground pepper. Such thoughtfulness and genuine kindness demonstrate a true sense of hospitality and business acumen.
My partner and I will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience! 👍

I'll start by saying that if I could give more than 5 stars, I already would.
A professional and very welcoming reception. Steffy (sorry for misspelling your name…) was incredibly attentive from arrival until we reached coffee, always polite, helpful, and with a big smile!
Now, about the food. For starters, we had the breaded Camembert, which was simply delicious, haha, and the carrot soup of the day was perfectly seasoned! The butcher's cut and the burger, also featuring breaded Camembert, exceeded our expectations.
In short, top-notch service, reasonable prices, and exceptional cuisine. Thank you, L'Annexe, thank you, Steffy, we'll be back!

The food was fine. However, be sure to check your receipts carefully. I have poor eyesight, and when I went to pay, the cashier told me the payment hadn't gone through. So I tried my card again, and when I checked my account, I saw two separate payments. My mistake was not asking for receipts and my credit card. I went back on Tuesday, and the person who helped me doubted my honesty and refused to refund the €20 I was overcharged for. So, pay close attention to your receipts.

We had a wonderful meal this Sunday evening. The dishes were delicious and the service was excellent. The young waitress was very attentive, friendly, and available throughout the entire meal. She also gave us excellent recommendations, especially for the lamb shank and the etrecot, which were truly superb. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back!
