Fantastic experience at Lao Tseu. The food was truly excellent, flavorful and expertly prepared—definitely worth it. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The waiter was superb, always smiling and attentive. The owner was lovely and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place for a great time and a delicious meal.

Expensive Chinese restaurant for the quantity served (due to the neighborhood location), but with very good flavors and quite authentic. However, our experience was mixed due to a series of unpleasant surprises: We called in the morning to make a reservation, then when we showed up, there was no room because "someone else called to cancel." Then, the owner who took our order, while writing it down in his notebook, made a mistake on two of our dishes. Pork dumplings when we wanted shrimp, then beef satay when we wanted pepper beef. He got irritated when we pointed this out and questioned our word... I think it must have been a bad day.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dining experience and the owner is very friendly.
