It's absolutely insane for the taste buds, the best Laotian food in the 13th arrondissement. I highly recommend the ginger beef, which is incredibly tender. Pair it with sticky rice, and voilà, you're in heaven. The beef samosas are also absolutely amazing; they should be illegal!
