Hotel very well located in the center of the town. All the staff very welcoming and very available to customers. Decent breakfast. Sauna included in the room rate, very appreciated after a day of skiing (don't forget to book as it is very popular). Very good partnership with ski-set, whose team is very welcoming and professional in the choice and allocation of quality equipment and also with the restaurants from which you benefit from a discount. Mixed. Perfect location in the center of the town and next to the slopes. However the price is high for the services: small television, small and impractical bathroom, decoration/furniture to be redone because it is rather old. Breakfast is expensive for what it is, not even fruit, just a canned fruit salad… Despite this, the staff is very friendly and very attentive, we thank them again!

Very good geographical location in the village, attentive staff and always very available. Sound insulation with the exterior a little weak.

I had a lovely time in Hotel du Bourg, the staff was ever helpful and friendly. Doing their best to make us comfortable. But when my girlfriend and I had an accident, they put in extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Treating us with utmost compassion and kindness. Highly recommend

Hotel very well located and attentive staff, friendly and accommodating. A little noise in the rooms in the morning (you can hear the neighbors and their shoes), but not prohibitive either. The bar is cozy with a good fireplace which has its effect, here too the staff is attentive and warm. The quality breakfast is self-service in the form of a buffet. Squeezed orange juice would be the “+”. Numerous partnerships are established with local traders (restaurants, ski rental, etc.) which makes the hotel even more attractive. A great discovery. Petit hôtel très agréable et très bien situé à Valmorel, chambre ancienne mais propre et confortable. Tout le personnel est très serviable.

Je suis mitigé après mon séjour à l’hotel du Bourg. L’hôtel est très cozy, le personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Le deco est très cosy ainsi que le bar. Les lits sont tres confortables, les oreillers un peu moins. La télévision est minuscule et un peu datée. Attention si vous êtes loin de la réception vous n’aurez aucun wifi, et meme le 4g/5g est compliqué. Mais attention à l’insonorisation des chambres, on entend tout… Quelques soucis de propreté dans les chambres (housse de couette et carré visage taché a l’arrivée), taches dans le baignoire et quand on fait couler l’eau dans la douche ou l’évier, l’eau est orange pendant quelques secondes (problèmes de canalisation ? ). Le petit déjeuner est minimal, plus pour un 2* je trouve. Mais la proximité du centre ville et des remontées font que malgré les petits soucis, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Pretty much the only hotel in town. pretty handy location.

magnifique emplacement au cœur du village,convivial, accueil chaleureux, sauna à disposition après le ski et cheminée pour boire un verre au son d une playliste topissime. Le personnel vous accueille comme un membre de sa famille.
